Family-Owned and Operated
Born out of his passion for excellence, Dennis Floyd began building custom homes in Macon, Georgia in 1969. Marked by fine craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to building homes with families in mind, Dennis’s work redefined residential construction—always bearing the promise of great value.
In 1987, Dennis and his son Chad (pictured left) brought their commitment to building high-quality homes to the south metro-Atlanta area with the launch of Chadwick Homes.
The father-son duo has since built hundreds of intentionally-crafted homes in the south metro-Atlanta area. Although Dennis passed away in March 2025, Chad continues his legacy of hard work, excellence, integrity, and artisanship.
